Located in the Lakewood Towne Center neighborhood, this residential project consists of one 5-story multi-family residential building, and six 3-story multifamily residential buildings, with multiple outdoor amenity spaces. The westernmost residential building also houses the clubhouse and common amenity spaces. A large open space at the Main Street SW frontage provides a large “front yard” and plaza bridging the space between public and private, featuring an arcade of large trees. Resident amenity areas are clustered primarily towards the west side of the site, including a children’s play area, and off the clubhouse a courtyard with pool, outdoor kitchen and dining. A handful of intimate courtyards between buildings also provide connections to the adjacent local access roads.
