This affordable housing project in the Lake City neighborhood of Seattle, for formerly homeless tenants, provides indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, as well as supportive services and 24-hour staff. The generous tenant courtyard features birch trees, a labyrinth element, open common space and several integrated seating areas, tenant gardening, pet park, and landscaped areas with trees, shrubs and groundcover.
