This multistory affordable housing project with 207 dwelling units features several outdoor amenity areas for the residents, including a play area, loop walking path, pet park, tenant gardening areas, outdoor kitchen and a variety of outdoor seating and tables. A combination of preserving existing trees and revegetating a steep slope on the south side of the site helps mitigate the development impacts. Bioplanters manage stormwater on-site.
