This mixed-use residential project in the Wallingford neighborhood abuts a residential zone, while also fronting on Stone Way N. Three mature street trees along Stone Way N will be enhanced by taking up the asphalt that surrounds them, and planting shrubs and groundcover. A generous planting strip along N 41st Street will have three new street trees and highlight the residential entrance to the building. As the building steps back where it abuts the residential zone, several integrated and independent raised planters provide privacy screening as well as bioretention to help mitigate stormwater. The roof deck features an outdoor kitchen, green roof, several seating areas, a firepit, a pet park, string lighting, and a movie screen.
