Arnett Hall is a new residence hall on the Seattle Pacific University campus. The projects location is perched atop one of the highest points on campus and takes advantage of its unobstructed views along the ship canal. The facility includes rooms for about 150 students, underground parking, study lounge, exercise room, common areas and outdoor open spaces.

Fazio Associates was responsible for integrating the landscape design into the overall site plan for the project. Specific landscape elements include a formal water feature, a multi-use entrance plaza with planters and seating for student functions, a secondary terrace, a tertiary roof top terrace that incorporates greenroof elements, and streetscape plantings that integrate the site into the overall SPU campus master plan.
